We can assist you in managing your maintenance from levels 1 to 5, according to the FD X 60-000 standard.

This support includes conducting an initial assessment (“kilomètre 0”) to familiarize ourselves with the machine, assess its condition, and propose a tailored program for preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance.

The implementation of a level 1 maintenance schedule (weekly operator maintenance).

The implementation of a semi-annual or annual maintenance schedule, depending on the number of axles serviced per year, equivalent to the maintenance logbook, following the manufacturer’s recommendations and our experience (REX).

After completing a KM0, we establish a list concerning:

  • arrow right circle icon Obsolescence issues to address
  • arrow right circle icon List of spare parts required

An annual or multi-year maintenance contract will be proposed to you. After each maintenance session, a comprehensive report on the condition of your machine will be provided. There is also the option for remote diagnostics and tele-maintenance connectivity, when available or installable, to optimize troubleshooting interventions—either remotely or by dispatching a technician as needed.
